Suffering From Severe Acid Reflux, Cough, Vomiting Acid. On Normal Diet. Treatment?

Hi Sir, I am a 31 year old man having a normal diet without too much oil or spices. Normally I finish my dinner by 9.30 PM and go to sleep by 11.30 PM. I wake up in the morning by 7.30 AM. I drink a lot of water during the day and before bed. However, I have severe acid reflux in the morning with cough leading to mild vomiting of acid. Please advise.
