Suffering From Vomiting, Diarrhea, Lack Of Appetite, Redness From Anal Area To Testicles. Any Suggestion?

Please give me some advice on how to manage a home care towards my ward or if we already needed to seek medication..my ward has the symptoms of vomiting, diarrhea, lack of appetite, deep eyes, redness on the anal area up to his lower part of his testicles (seemed so painful, he has irritation when touched). Only wants water. Please help me.. thank you

Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this. Please, he seems to be severely dehydrated and would need immediate medical attention. Diarrhea means so much fluid is being lost and because he is vomiting, I am sure he cannot drink enough to replenish the losses. This is an EMERGENCY that has to be addressed. The doctors will also examine and mange the other associated symptoms but for now, please rush to the hospital for immediate attention.
