Suffering Randomly Knee Pain. Need Surgery

i had an ACL and maniskus tear 2 years ago, and about a year ago i had another surgury on another part of the maniskus. I grew up having the "tough" mindset and always told the doctors the pain wasn't as bad as it really was and now its really catching up to me. i recently got off my parents insurance so I cant really go to a family doctor just to hear "you should get it checked out" or "you'll need surgery." I have aching pain almost all the time, but when i have the horrible none standable aching pain its pretty random, esp while i'm laying in bed.

ensure youself the status of your knees,if possible get a good physiotherapist
