Weight loss is possible with healthy diet and regular exercise..diet should be rich in proteins, low in carbohydrates and fats. 2 to 3 servings of fruits, 4 to 5 servings of vegetables. 3 litres of water. Go for oats, brown bread, brown rice, idli, kichidi, chapati, sprouts. 45min of cardio like walking, running, swimming. Add strength training .Hope i have answered your question.
