Suggest A Diet Plan To Lose Weight

I have been struggling with weight problems for a very long time. I have tried Nutrisystem and my heart dr said it had too much salt for me, so I stopped it.
Today is my 1st day on Hydroxycut . when i went into some of the things that calculate your calories, I weight 208 and I am 5' 4" female. It said I should be only taking in 1509 of calories per day.
My question is how many hours should there be between meals? How do I break up the calories? Can I have just a salad for lunch and how do I calculate the calories of that?
I am diabetic and hbp and have 6 stents in my heart. But I just had a bunch of test done by my heart dr and got the all clear, It has been 3 yrs, of no heart issues. I am not paying for this.

The supplements are crap.
It is total amount of calories in versus out. The amount of calories out WITHOUT exercise would be about 10 x weight... or about 2000 calories and if you want to lose about a pound a week at 4000 calories per pound.. yes, 1500 calories....
which will be just awful.
Exercise has to be included into weight loss. Both because without it, mostly MUSCLE and not FAT is lost and also because metabolism MIGHT lower unless exercise is done AND third, because if someone is not very fat then the amount of calories that someone can take in (1500) is harsh, and with 30 minutes of fairly active exercise the same 1 pound a week becomes acheivable with 1600-1700 calories a day (and 200 cal of exercise).
