Suggest An Effective Treatment For Dermatographic Chronic Urticaria

I am probably suffering from dermatographic chronic urticarial. have done treatment of allopathy, Ayurveda and now homeopathy for almost 2 yrs each in total 6 yrs. In medical history had acidity for 3-4 yrs, Have a job which involves traveling 15 days in a month. I am intolerant to some food like eggs, nuts, cabbage, panner made from milk. After eating this food get inching in skin and after rubbing or scratching get dermatographic urticarial impression on skin. Need some help as I am not getting complete relief from any treatment till date.

It may be sort of exanthems caused by virus or some other triggers like allergens or insects. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
