Im a male, 35, 5'11" and about 215pounds. Quit drinking 2 years ago and lost some weight. Quit smoking 15 month ago and gain weight. i exercise on my eliptical crosstrainer about 1 hour a day, want to change my eating habbits to help me lose weight but im a real picky eater. I dont like vegetables or seafood what should i do about eating?
hi. i think you should try having as many fluids as possible. have juices and salads and proteins. have a lot of water. eat a bit of your favourite fried food. you can also have spinach and lemon juice once in a day, around evening to help you digest everything that you intake.
