Suggest Dosage For Penditis
sir ! i have been taking benzathine g penicillin ( pencom LA12) every 21 days for past 7 years. I have been suffering from rheumatic fever.Recently i have moved to sweden, here i find it difficult to have the injection.What should I do?Should I go for Pentids?If So what should be the dose and the power?

Benzathine G penicillin is a long acting penicillin and it act against streptococcus bacteria and very much effective . After 15 or after one month interval is required for injection.
While PENTID G is a short acting penicillin and it require and available in tablet form . But action of penicillin is same but it require more dosage.
Its dosage are 200000-8000000 U 2-3 times in day .
So choice is yours , otherwise no difference.
