Hi, may I answer your health que what happens when sgpt increases by 5000? I am 23 year old. Height5ft 4 inches. Weight is 65 kg.Last week end i drank alcohol in excess and i am now suffering from stomach pain. Vomiting frequently if ate anything even if i drink water.Sgpt value was reported 4750

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here if the value of SGPT is 5000 which is questionable of course, but it is high enough with the history of alcohol consumption then I would say that this could be a indication of alcoholic cirrhosis, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
