Suggest Medication For Severe Cough,vomiting And Runny Nose

I am a Granmma that is very concerned for her 6 yr old grandson (parents tend to ignore me) My grandson has severe coughing spells and vomits he has a runny nose and harsh cough he has had this several times I feel he needs to be seen but they say he doesn t have a fever They wouldn t know anyway, they don t have a thrmometer I would take him myself but I live over 2000 mi away

ANTI ALLERGIC TO COUNTER THE COUGH AND RUNNY NOSE EG SYRUP HYDRILLIN.

PLEASE TAKE HIM TO A HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY TO ASSESS HIM FOR ANY SERIOUS COMPLICATION LIKE PNEUMONIA OR ASTHMA.
