Suggest Medicine For Stomach Pain And Vomiting.

my son who is 7 years old is having stomach pain, 2 days back he ate ice cream after that he caught fever, we gave him crocin. today his fever has gone, but is having severe stomach pain and has done vomiting twice. kindly suggest suitable medicine to it.

pain abdomen fever with vomiting can occur after food poisonig as wellas after serious from of appedicitis.take him to surgeon for proper evaluation by usg abdomen and rx.
