Suggest Medicines For Severe Pain Due To Herniated Disc

i am 41 years old. i am in constant pain due to heriniated discs in my L3-4 L4-5 and L5-S1 according to my mri results mild hypertrophic facet arthrosis. diffuse mild bulging of the annulus. mild hypertrophic facet artrosis is seen bilatterlly. I am stuck on a heating pad all day long barely able to care for myself.... I just had a facet injection that worked 3 days......... then i had a facet injection with radio frequency done 10 days ago with no relief. I am depressed due to the chronic pain. my pain meds are not touching the pain. nothing i have found has provided any relief for my pain. where do i go for help?
