Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe you was eating abnormal items like clay etc due to the worms in the intestine, anemia, and deficiency conditions.
You have stopped eating them, but the underlying conditions are not cured.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms albendazole, omeprazole, domperidone.
Avoid taking spices, junk foods, and oily foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
