Hello! The key is to rise your metabolic rate. So it is better to do weight training in order to gain muscles so you will increase your metabolic rate and burn more calories. For example do 20 minutes cardio, weight training and then 15 minutes cardio again at the end. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Cut out totally fats: butter.
