Suggest Remedy For Blurry Vision,dizziness,sleeplessness And Unsteadiness After Head Injury

I suffer from migraines. usually 2-3 a week.....but i have had an on going migraine since the first of January....my husband and I were involved in a domestic dispute and I was punched in the face approx 8 times and my head beat against the wall and floor numerous times...since then...i have had blurry vision. i see yellow spots, i am dizzy, no appetite, lack of sleep, unsteadiness, etc. should i go to the er and be checked out
