I had a fall last night at home and ended up hearting my wrist.

I applied ice straight away to avoid swelling; on the other hand the pain is quite severe to the grade that it’s kept me awake for most of the night. It’s been 6 hrs since the fall and it’s not showing any purple colour so it might not be a fracture, you think it could potentially be a severe wrist sprain (due to the pain)?

Symptoms as follow:

•     Pain

•     Limited ability to move the joint

•     Heat/warmth

•     A bit of swelling
