Suggest Remedy For Pressure In The Eyes
Hi Doctor. I am male age 55 years and have problem with my left eye and I have been diagnosed for Glucoma. This morning my left eye's pressure is 25 and the doctor suggested to me to have a surgery to reduce the pressure since my right eye,s pressure only 10. for your information I have been given Xalatan for the last 6 months n using it one drop every night before sleep. My question is how urgent I have to have such surgery n what will be the risk ?. Than You

if glaucoma has been diagnosed then it can be treated with tablet, topical drop, or surgery asper requirement. treating doctor will decide the requirement. follow up iop and field tracing and fundus examination to see optic disc cup ratio is to be regularly done.
