Suggest Remedy For Swollen Face, Pain Below Eyes Going To Jaws After Being In An Accident

I had an accident (bike) last Saturday, I was unconscious after that for more than an hour. During the accident I hit the ground with my face (left side) as I wasn t wearing any helmet, now my face is swollen and experiencing pain from right below my left eye down to my jaws. X-ray showed no signs of broken bones. What should I do?

thanks for your question,
the swelling and pain could be because of the impact the inflamatory reaction can produce swelling since the fracture of the bone is ruled out nothing to worry...take antiinflamatory drugs like tablet enzoflam for three days twicw daily...
swelling and pain will come down in two days...
