I am a 43 year old, woman, my height is 5'7'', I weigh 60kg , has two kids. good health though not until i had car accident that triggered palpitation in 2007 , since then its been on and off. Has poor diet due to work schedule. Also have been having muscular chest pain tender to touch

Hi
a 24 Hour holter monitoring should be done to find out thecause of palpitations, weekness after palpitation can be because of abnormal rythm of the heart
24 hour holter monitor will keep a record of your heart rythm for 24 hours.hence treatment can be taken according to the nature of the rythm.
