As per your query you have white heads and acne on face which is because of clogging of skin pores and skin has increased sensitivity of getting pigmented and it leads to post inflammation hyper-pigmentation. Need not to worry. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Drink plenty of water. I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and face wash containing salycylic acid twice a day and apply cream containing azelac acid which is good for acne as well as marks. If condition doesn t get well in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. You should apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone + Tretinoin + steroid and apply it at night time. Hope your concern has been resolved.
