Hi,
Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your query. I appreciate your question and i would like to tell you that you can take all vitamins and they are absolutely safe during pregnancy.
Usually, during 1st 3 months of pregnancy, you need to take folic acid tablet daily, which prevent neural tube defects of the newborn. Other vitamins are usually not needed in pregnancy, but you can safely take all vitamins and minerals during pregnancy.
You can take ondansatron tablet to get rid off nausea and vomiting. Domperidone tablet can also very safe for vomiting. For foul smelling vaginal discharge, you can take intravaginal tablets to prevent spread of infection.
Vital-z like powder should be taken during pregnancy, which replenish minerals and vitamins in your body and gives you extra energy.
Iron and calcium tablets should be started after 3 months of pregnancy and you can continue these till rest of your pregnancy.
Stomach pain can occur due to stretching of ligaments because of growing baby and its absolutely normal, so you need not to worry much about it and it will pass away very soon.
