Suggest Treament For Sleep Apnea In A Kid

Hi... my 4yr old daughter was diagnosed with sleep apnea last Thursday. Her adenoids are huge!! She is scheduled for surgery June 20...now the past 3 nights been sleepless restless nights because of her cough.. she coughs so much starts to choke.. her nose is runny,stuffy she sounds like she s gagging... its driving me crazy I can t sleep listening to her I m just laying in bed looking at her... I need help?

obstructive sleep apnea because of enlarged adenoids are common, and it's very disturbing to the child and the family.
if he is already scheduled for surgery, a steroid nasal spray will very helpful , like flixonase nasal spray , it decreases inflammation and decrease size of adenoids and has very very little systemic absorption that you should not worry about .
