Suggest Treatment For UTI

I'm completely confused or going mad! I've been on the pill (mycrogyon30) since i was 17 (now 24) and for the past 5/6 weeks i've been feeling really rough, in fact i've been feeling pregnant (i've got a 3.5yr old) i've done home tests but, i think i took them too soon (my ex wouldn't wait) and they came back negative. However, since i'm on the pill my periods are very regular and i haven't had one since July. I went to Drs 2 weeks ago he did preg test came back negative but had mild UTI. I'm still not feeling 100% so i bought another test today and it had a very thin vertical line is that a positive or do i have another UTI?
