Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Discomfort And Palpitations

Hi, I have GI problem, twisting-like, almost like belly button is pulling back in GI pain that sometimes starts with back pain and radiates up to my chest area, sometimes I feel like something big is squeezing through my bowels & sometimes I feel heart discomfort, palpitations and like mini pain shockwaves. I don't think I have a congenital heart problem though, this issues started in my early teen years, I'm 21 now.

People with gastric people surely feel chest discomfort because the acidity pushes the diaphragm up and constricts the chest cavity. This constriction can be experienced as heaviness or pain.
