Sir,a blockage due to accumulation of cerumen has been found in my left year,it is existing in my ear for more than a week.what should I do?an ENT specialist advised me for operation in my nose as its left side is larger than the right one,should i proceed??

I think you may need to get the wax removed by cleaning it to ENT doctor.
You may need to do it before nose surgery.
It is the only treatment.
