Suggest Treatment For Acne And Red Scars On Face
age-27 height-5 ft weight 52 kg medical history of mild acne . i am having problem of mild acne which happens whenever my intake of sugar or spice increases in my diet. I have got few red scars and pigmentation on face from past 6 months. I want to go for skin peeling as suggested by my dermat. I want to know how should i confirm that my dermat is educated enough to understand my prob and not doing it for money as in my area i dnt have much options.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and scars on face, which occurs occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals.Also drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. I would suggest you to consult dermatologist once and get it examined. you an go for antibiotics ( clindamycin ) , corticosteroid ointment , hydroquinone , laser therapy and dermabrasion for scars only after doctors prescription. Do not scratch pimples as they will get infected , leave acne mark on face .
