Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nasolacrimal Duct

just started today, dealing with nasal congestion, and when I blow my nose liquid/mucous back up into the medial corner of my eye. Pretty sure I have a blocked nasolacrimal duct, no sign of bacterial infection...is there any treatment recommendations or just time?
