Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problem Due To Mental Stress
I have a breathing problem i underwent some tests and x-ray described by a specislist and he told i dont have any respiratory problem," there may be some hidden mental stress which u even may not knw so better consult with a psychiatrist and u require some sessions with them" he adviced me thtsy im approaching you. PLEASE HELP ME... IM AM READY TO CO OPERATE WITH WHAT U SAY

You would need sessions of relaxation techniques like biofeedback and muscle relaxation. You can also practice deep breathing and meditation on your own.
