Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough During Pregnancy

I just found out I'm about 5 weeks pregnant. I also have been feeling itchy, watery eyes, have a dry cough and develop a lot of phlem over night. I have a runny nose as well. I feel the heaviness under my eyes, as if I had a sinus infection, but not as bad. What should I take? I dont normally suffer from allergies.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Do not self prescribe and do not initiate any medications without a doctors consultation. During pregnancy almost every medication is contraindiciated and so you need to first be examined, diagnosed and only then take medications which your doctor thinks is safe for you and your baby.
