Hello..my ct scan reslt hav found des symptoms cn u suggest me wot shud i do??.mucosal thickening is seen in left maxillary antrum with blocked osteameatal complex. Mucosal thickening is also seen in right antrum and fronto ethmoidal sinus. Nasal septum is deviated to left side. Both inferior nasal turbinates and left middle tirbinate are hypertrophied and adherent to wall of nasal cavity. Nasaopharynx is clear

See all the finding that ct scan shows that definitely you have DNS with hypertrophied turbinates. But the main indication for any surgery for same depends only if you have.
