My brother mr. venkatesh has suffering from jandies since 6 months & water found around the lever.
every 2-3 days he is suffering from fever and need bed rest, after 2-3 days he is feeling good.

From history it seems that he might be having some liver disease with ascities producing retention of water in abdomen.
This requires evaluation of his case by investigations like ultra sound of abdomen, liver function tests.
Consult Gastro-enterologist and get examined.
After proper diagnosis, plan of treatment can be planned out.
