Hello thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

Generalised Anxiety Disorder is one of common anxiety disorder in which anxiety and fear occurs due to non-specific reasons without a definite cause. Anxiety attacks cause significant distress and results in impairment of functioning. You have been given Clonazepam/Alprazolam (Benzodiazepines), Fluoxetine (SSRI), Melitracen etc drugs with not much relief. Recently duloxetine has been given.

Duloxetine is SNRI drug and the drug has good effects in chronic anxiety. Wait for some days as it start showing its effects in about 6-8 weeks. Apart from medicines I would advise you to consult a Psychologist for behaviour therapy and relaxation training.

In a number of individuals Jacobson's Progressive Muscle Relaxation exercises, Breathing exercise help to decrease the severity of anxiety attacks. Biofeedback also result in reducing frequency of attacks. Yoga and meditation also have proven role in anxiety.

Don't be depressed the anxiety attacks will reduce in number by combination of medicinal and psychological treatment.

Thanks
