Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. As you describe,it appears to be the concussion of head injury, in which there is a shake of the brain material, and resulting disturbance. You should consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a C.T.scan for diagnosis. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to have good recovery, and resistance . wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
