OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Change your hormonal medication and improve your life style as following:
Keep cool. Open windows or use a fan or air conditioner.
Lower the room temperature, if you can.
If you feel a hot flash coming on, sip a cold drink.
Watch what you eat and drink.
Hot and spicy foods, caffeinated beverages, and alcohol can trigger hot flashes.
Learn to recognize your triggers and avoid them.
Relax..
don’t smoke
Lose weight.
Other ways are acupuncture, meditation and physiotherapy which can be useful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Richa Agarwal, OBGYN
