hi ,
My name is mohammed , i have a problem in my right knee it cause a pain whenever i try to walk or any movement or set on , i went to doctor he decided mri which resulted the below :
1- Thickening in posterior horn medial meniscus , keeping with degenerative changes , minimal suprapatellar effusion.
2- congruent tibio-femoral articulation with no evidence of subluxation or dislocation ,
3- rest is normal .
Dr describe for me glucoplus and gel .

i feel something moves inside my knee on every movement , kindly help
