Hi
Welcome to HCM. Thank you for your query.
With proper physiotherapy , pain medication , muscle relaxants and neurotropic drugs cervical spondylosis can be managed to a great extent. But a regular follow up with drugs and physiotherapy is needed. Change of life styles like sitting and sleeping positions will be mentioned by physiotherapist. You can also use traction device in your home while sleeping with the advise of your treating doctor and physiotherapist.Local corticosteroid injections also will be helpful in severe pain episodes. If further no improvement then you can consider about the surgical options. Anterior cervical discectomy, laminectomy, prosthetic intervertebral disc replacements are some of them. You can go to some speciality hospitals which has PMR and orthopedics department or consultations with such doctors in private. But a regular follow up recommended. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
