Suggest Treatment For Persistent Acne All Over The Body

HI i have acne problem all over my body from last 7-8yrs, have taken many treatments for the same. But still it persists... currently i an taking tablets called Isotretinoin. As i am about to get married and have the same problem at me back as well (lots of acne and mark all over my back). I am worried onto please provide the solution to the same considering i won't be able to apply any cream or gel at the back, so if some tablet or any treatment to overcome the acne and marks for the same at the back specially. Also advice if applying bleach once a month on the back will be safe or not.

Please reply as i have very few time left for my marriage...

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent acne all over the body which occurs because of infection of bacteria when clogged pores gets filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. Presence of excessive sebaceous gland sis the major cause for acne on back. Need not to worry. You should use product containing benzoyl peroxide. You should apply sun screen Such as TAN CARE rich in SPF 26. Apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
