Suggest Treatment For Recurring Fever, Runny Nose And Coughing

my 18 month old daughter has been having on and off fever of 102...accompanied with runny nose and coughing... what should we need to give her> she barely naps during the day and during early mornig she wakes up at around 2am or 3 am and stays awake till morning...

Hi...it looks like flu like illness. At present you should give paracetamol and cetrizine (the dose depends on the weight).also continue adequate oral intake and fluids. If the child has noisy respiration you can give steam inhalation.
