Suggest Treatment For Red Welts With Itching

My whole family have been coming up with large red welts that itch all over r bodies mainly hands feet legs shoulder Nd hips my doctor originally treated us for scabies but they have not gone away , I ve striped cleaned Nd steamed all beds but nothing seems to make a difference
