I am 46 yrs old male that has the following L2-L3 bulging disc,L3-L4 bulging disc,L5-S1 disc dessection , I also have the following symptoms, legs feels heavy,excruiting pain through the legs more on the right than left, legs feel swollen but not,

I weigh 201, medical hx- motorcyle accident 3 yrs ago which i was thrown 50 feet, i aslo have a sclertic lesion on L2, what are my treatment optins
