Suggest Treatment For Sexual Impotence

My age is 38. I am suffering from psychological impotence or Temporary Impotence I loose erection while doing intercourse. My erection is fine I guess but while doing intercourse I loose erection because of the thought of loosing it. I mean... The minute i will think of maintaining my erection I fail to maintain my erection. And the continuous episodes like this has completely destroyed my confidence. I am facing this problem for last 5 years now, i started taking a medicine called SANAFI, it works good and last for 4-5 days and after that same problem

Know, I fear from even having sex. I am so much concerned about the erection that I have stopped enjoying sex. But, I have full desire of having good sex every time i do it.

Based on the facts that in spite getting good hard erection you are unable to enjoy sexual intercourse because of fear of loosing erection .

This is what is called as Performance anxiety .

You need to consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling and treatment .

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Discuss the issue with your wife her co operation is equally important to solve the issue .Try to relax when you go for sexual intercourse.
