Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat And Pain In Stomach

I have H-Pylori, was hoping it was gone but I am having very serious soreness, and pain from my throat, my stomach and all the way through my small and large intestines. I feel like my insides are raw. When I do not eat I hurt and feel like vomiting. After eating my stomach gets upset. I have not vomited. But I feel weak and sometimes dizzy. I really appreciate your concern, if this was the confirmed case of H.Pylori infection then it has to be eradicated from grass rooted level, now what the symptoms you have that could be due to hyperacidity of course it is associated with H. Pylori infection, along with the H. Pylori treatment (Antibiotic ) it is advisable to take PPI and the best medicine is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it has to be taken at evening time needs to be continue for six weeks, but the H. Pylori treatment can only be taken for seven days hope this information helps.
