Suggest Treatment For Sore Throat, Ear Pain, Diarrhoea And Joint Pain

Hi Dr. I am Smt. Ankita. My daughter, miss Aditi is having problem of allergy (urticaria) for one and half months. She has the following symptoms: redness in the palms of hand and soles of feet along with blisters and itching, sore throat, ear pain, diarrhoea, weakness and sometimes joint pain. she was given prednisolone and fenofexadine in combination but it wasn t much effective and it caused side effects like hyper acidity with severe chest pain, stomach ache and body pain because of which she discontinued the drugs 2 days ago. After discontinuing the medicines the symptoms have aggravated. please suggest what can be done?

Your daughter is having urticaria ( diagnosed ) and these symptoms ( mentioned in the query ) are not an indication of URTICARIA .
Urticaria involves only the superficial portion of the dermis ( skin layer 0 , presenting as well as well circumscribed WHEALS with erythematous raised serpiginous borders with blanches centers that may coalesce to become giant wheal.
In urticaria never diarrhea , joint pain and blisters ( except exceptional cases )
But in your daughter such type of symptoms not present ( or not mentioned by you ).
In my opinion she got only symptomatic treatment for allergy ( steroid 7 fexofnadine ).
So I recommend you consult a dermatologist and get his opinion regarding exact diagnosis (2nd opinion ).
