Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Constipation

Sir iam suffering from sever stomch discomfert and constipation doctor did done colonoscopy and told having terminal ulcers nonspecific and one doctor told me having crohns but since three years having this problem i.never had losemotion.should i go for surgery or what.
