Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Weight Loss While Suffering From H.pylori Infection
I found out recently that I was diagnosed with H Pylori 7 years ago and the doctor never contact myself nor my physician. Being as it has been untreated for so long, what are long term effects? I have bouts of terrible stomach pain, have lost close to 30 lbs since November, and my hair seems to be falling out constantly.

I had gone through your question and understand your concern.
If i were your treating doctor , i would have recommended "Triple drug therapy" (combination of 3 drugs) to eradicate H.pylori infection.
Drugs which are used are : lansoprazole, amoxicillin, and clarithromycin (LAC)
given for 7 days.
