Suggest Treatment For Sweating On Hands After Having A Concussion
Hi. I am 29 years old and have had a concussion about 3 months ago and am experiencing excessive sweating especially the palms of my hands and my feet since it happened. I was more concerned with the headaches, that have now mostly stopped but the sweating is continuing. Is there something I can take for this?
I can understand your concern. After concussion, post-concussion syndrome can occur in some patients which may persist for few months. The symptoms are headache, dizziness, anxiety which may cause sweating in palms, memory disturbance etc. You need to consult neuropsychiatrist if no relief in symptoms with time. You may take anxiolytics like clonazepam after prescription.
Thanks. Hope it will help you. Take care.
