Suggest Treatment For Swollen Lymph On Base Of Head And Groin Area

Hi,

I have what appears to be a swollen lymph node on the base of my head/top neck area in addition to another seemingly large node on my right bikini/pubic area, and similarly one under my chin/lower soft palate area. They seemed to have surfaced at the same time. I saw my ENT initially since the head and chin nodes were apparent first. She perscribed an antibotic regemine which I finished about a week ago and the swelling hasn't changed. Perhaps you can suggest next steps?
