Suggest Treatment For Twisted Ankle
I fell down a couple steps a few days ago and twisted my ankle. The pain is at the top of my foot and ankle. I am able to walk on it with a limp. I can move my foot up and down with little pain but when I try to move it sideways the pain increases. Could it be broken with me being able to walk or is it more likely to be sprained.
