GLynase MF- 3 tablets daily
Volibo -0.2 - 2 tablets daily
recently started Janumet 500mg 7 days back
Problem - High sugar fasting and post Lunch - Evening

Mentioning blood sugar levels would have helped me to help you in blood sugar control.
First you need to remember that fasting blood sugar should be brought under control some where from 90 to 110 mg / dl.
