Suggest Treatments For Nausea,headaches And Nosebleeds After Getting Hit In The Head

Yesterday, i got hit in the head pretty hard and got a headache, nausea, and experienced fatigue. I slept for about 8 to nine hours again and now I still have a throbbing headache that gets worse if I move. I also got two nosebleeds last night. I still have some fatigue as well as a bit of nausea. Please help.

Thanks for your query in health care magic.
Dear you need to rush to hospital right away..
if patient like you comes to my hospital.we would immediately run a BRAIN SCAN tO MAKE CLEAR OF ANY CONTUSIONS OR ANY SLIGHT BLOODCLOTS IN BRAIN.and you didn't mentioned clearly how you hit your head.
you can symptomatically treat with morphine and zofer.
remember dear you defintly need nose paking to stop the bleeding from your nose which can be done only in hospitals/clinics and keep your heed flexed position (your head should fall back side not front) which also decreases the nose bleeding
Do let me know about your CT scan of brain and your health
